Keysoe Village Hall
I have lived in Keysoe for 2 years now and my passion is fitness and getting people to achieve their goals -I really do believe we are all stronger than we realise! I am a qualified personal trainer, so put a huge emphasis on technique to make sure everyone is working safely and effectively. I currently run the following 2 classes in Keysoe Village Hall.
Strength and Cardio class – Friday morning 9am
This class focuses on upper and lower body strength and cardio (a mix of bodyweight exercises and boxing).
Wednesday Circuits – 7pm
A primarily cardio class with bodyweight exercises and boxing.
Both classes are really welcoming and friendly and we are always happy to see new faces. The focus is on pushing yourself – not worrying what the person next to you is doing! These are not exercise to music classes but we always have music as a motivator. Whenever practical we also use the outdoor space. Please do contact me for any further information.
