Pilates is a low impact exercise which aims to increase strength and mobility, improve posture and alignment, as well as positively effect general fitness and wellbeing.
Pilates focuses on core, and benefits include muscle toning, better balance, greater flexibility and a reduced risk of injury.
The class is suitable for all levels of ability and experience.
