Keysoe Village Hall
I have lived in Keysoe for 2 years now and my passion is fitness and getting people to achieve their goals -I really do believe we are all stronger than we realise! I am a qualified personal trainer, so put a huge emphasis on technique to make sure everyone is working safely and effectively. I currently run the following 2 classes in Keysoe Village Hall.
Strength and Cardio class – Friday morning 9am
This class focuses on upper and lower body strength and cardio (a mix of bodyweight exercises and boxing).
Wednesday Circuits – 7pm
A primarily cardio class with bodyweight exercises and boxing.
Thanks both classes are really welcoming and friendly and we are always happy to see new faces. The focus is on pushing yourself – not worrying what the person next to you is doing! These are not exercise to music classes but we always have music as a motivator. Whenever practical we also use the outdoor space. Please do contact me for any further information.
